To access our guarantee policy, this will only be possible if any of our products arrives broken or in bad condition, for this a photo must be sent immediately after receiving the package, where it can be verified that the package has just been opened. and that the product is indeed in bad condition, after accepting the change, KATXI will send you a label with detailed information on how to return the product, once the product arrives at our warehouses, a new product will be sent to you (Same Product) , KATXI will cover both shipping costs; If the client does not send the damaged product to the KATXI warehouses one month after accepting the change, the client will be accepting that he will keep the product and KATXI will not be responsible for it.
